The cup and saucer have pink roses and have the Oregon Centennial design stamped on both. They also both have gold along the rims.

Commemoratives like this cup&saucer generally sell for their highest value when first sold and shortly after, then tend to decrease in value until the next anniversary milestone comes up, eg. the 125th, 150th etc. Cups like this generally sell for less than $25.00.
