Found these wheels in my house when we moved in. They have red painted wooden spokes with metal outside and rubber strip running along circumference of the wheel.
These would have come off an early automobile such as a model T, early oldsmobile, or even an old tractor. Their condition is rough at best, they are incomplete (missing hub cover caps on both wheels), significant patina is present, and the wear they have endured would most likely make them unsafe to use ever again unless you were to put over a thousand dollars into restoration costs. As they sit, similar wheels are selling as decorative pieces for $20-50 a wheel.
