i have a JOHNSON BROTHERS (HANLEY) LTD. PLATE MADE IN ENGLAND IT ALSO SAYS 

BY APPOINTMENT TO HER MAGESTY THE QUEEN (AND)

BY APPOINTMENT TO H.M. QUEEN ELIZABETH THE QUEEN MOTHER

STOKE-ON-TRENT ENGLAND

OLD BRITAIN CASTLES

MADE IN ENGLAND

I WAS WONDERING WHAT IS IT WORTH 

IT IS IN GOOD CONDITION THE FRONT OF THE PLATE HAS A SCENE FROM 

BLARNEY CASTLE IN 1792

Based on the markings the plate does not date from 1794, that's just the founding date of the pottery company. The plate dates from no earlier than 1953 when Elizabeth became Queen (June 2nd, 1953).These plates appear older than what they are because they were modelled after Victorian examples made during the mid 1800's. The pattern is still being made:
