Oak Mission Style Rocking Chair

Purchased in Illinois in 1979.  From photos I've seen online, looks to be a Mission style quarter sawn oak rocker.

Well it's not strictly Mission style, but does date from about the same period, Mission nfurniture did not usually incorporated twist turnings in its design. Rockers like this date from the first quarter of the 20th Century, we retail comparable example in very goode condition for about $300.00.
