This is actually part of the ERTL 1999 NASCAR Collector Series (as stated on the box), this particular issue commemorating Kenny Irwin's 1998 Rookie of the Year win. Kenny's car is a 1/24th-scale Ford Taurus from the Robert Yates Racing team in #28 Texaco branding.
Kenny Irwin was tragically killed during practice at New Hamsphire Motor Speedway for the 'thatlook.com 300' in 2000.
This item is not in high demand and recently has sold for $5-6, getting no interest at $10.
