Reuge swiss musical movement. If you look at the top of the movement you will see logo stamped on the top of every Reuge movements. and Reuge web site has a great look up for their movements to date them. also without pictures I can't see how long the song is. how many  teeth. Ect: the longer the player the more it's worth. need close up of movement.

Based on your description, the use of plastic, and the theme music, I doubt your clock predates 1965 when the movie Dr. Zhuvago was made. Clocks of this type often sell for less than $35.00.
