lighted horse carriage

Its made out brass base 4 corners of the base is serpent heads it plugs in and the carriage lites up like a night light

The plug was made from leviton which was first founded in 1906

Lamps like this were made in Germany and Japan in the 1930's. There appears to be a marking on the base of the second picture, what does it say? Also these pieces nearly always have a company marking on the underside of the figurine itself, but you'd have to take the metal base off to see it. Check again for marks and get back to us with what you find.
