Just want to let you know I have looked at so many whistles, I want to try and make some.. I have seen so many designs and styles..I try and put myself in the makers mind, thinking what was going on when they made them. I must say you have me stumped.. (not easy to do..) I wish I could tell you who, what ,where, and when. So Sorry, I did try...Hope you find out. maybe take it to local place..
