America's Hero's Boston Fire Dept Brass Belt Buckle

By preciousfelesha, 31 December, 2012
Description

I have a America's Hero's Boston Fire Dept Belt Buckle with the marking of S-36 on the back. Feels really heavy, so I am thinking it is solid brass. It also has another marking or seal on the back. I could send pictures of it. What year is it and how much is it worth

Re: America's Hero's Boston Fire Dept Brass Belt Buckle

It's a modern fantasy type belt buckle. These were made in huge numbers for the collectors market, peaking in the late 1980's, similar buckles routinely show up on ebay and sell for under $45.00.

Re: America's Hero's Boston Fire Dept Brass Belt Buckle

Its made by Wyoming Studio Art Works.  I would start my search there if I were you. Some times if youre lucky, you might find a duplicate of yours. Or luckier yet, not find one!
