This is one half of an oil and vinegar cruet set made by the Takito company sometime between 1921 and 1944. I have a similar set, without cracks or flaws, that I purchased for about $20 in 2013. I don't believe an unmatched, damaged cruet would have much of a value over $5 or so, but I think it would make a sweet ornamental piece as a bud vase.
