Picture is A Shower of Roses by Muller Luchsinger & Co of New York. Not sure how old. Most items we are finding in this estate has been 1800's, civil war and early 1900's era.

Based on what I can see it's unlikely this piece predates the 1920's, most like this date from about World War One to the early 1930's. As decorator pieces we retail comparable framed prints for less than $100.00.
