Framed art work

Description

Lee Renoldys picture distributed by VANGUARD STUDIOS  number 939804 this not a print.It apears as though my flash got the upper corner and gives the illustion of glass. it is a framed painting not covered over by glass.

If it's behind glass it's a print, which don't tend to have a great deal of value. Comparable pieces are often sold as Decorator Art in Antique stores for about $150.00 in a nice frame.

Although this painting displays the signature of Lee Reynolds, other staff artists employed by Vanguard Studios actually created the works of art.

Vanguard Studios was the leading distributor of decorative artwork during the 1970s, and Lee Reynolds was the trade name used to sell these paintings. Vanguard Studios closed down during the 1990s. Most of these Vanguard paintings sell for under $250.00.
