Gorgeous Oil Painting with signature "DuPont" on the bottom, Scene is a young girl on the beach

By kkilianp, 8 March, 2010
Description

I bought this painting for the frame actually then started doing some research and believe it to be Alfred Dupont. It is stunning, and would love some additional info on it.

Re: Gorgeous Oil Painting with signature "DuPont" on the...

I also have a painting signed Dupont of a girl standing by some water (could be a river) with her back to the artist .....The style looks very similar to this painting....I also don't have a year when the painting was done....but it was purchased by me 20 odd years ago as an  unframed canvas.
