Harold Shelton Farm Painting

I have an old Harold Shelton signed Farm house painting. The framed measurements are 25 x 45.

Its a picture of an old run down farm house with a wagon wheel in front. The back of the painting says the print is called Farm. The pictures have the information about the print. I would like to know how much it is worth.  Thank you,
