Description

This is an original oil painting signed by P. Palma. Size and dimensions of this painting 15.5" W x 19.5" L Frame Is 23" W x 27" L The matting and frame work is original. I can't find any info. On this painting or the painter.(other than this site which has a 8x10) The markings on the back of the frame is in black,(see pic) Hoping someone can help me on this.

Yours is a copy of Ritter’s, either someone painting for fun or to sell as decor.
The original Julian Ritter clown like yours was called Skelter and came with another clown painting called Helter.
