Re: Vintage figurine
I think the marks on the bottom of this page are what you have https://www.porcelainmarksandmore.com/germany/rhineland/frankenthal-01/index.php so, Used between 1951 and 1964, 'HANDGEMALT', 'DRESDEN ART' and offset 'MADE IN GERMANY would be some info for looking up.
Some more info here https://www.justanswer.com/antiques/7gyj2-looking-value-china-figurine-made-handgemalt.html
The difference I’m seeing with yours is it says Western Germany where the other ones just say Germany.
That’s just from googling. I don’t feel competent to give you a value but hope some of this info helps.
Re: Vintage figurine
These "Dresden Lace" figures were made in huge numbers for the export market, the originald made in the area around Dresden Germany before World War Two. The city Dresden, Germany was extensively fire bombed during the war, taking with it many of the potteries and decorator studios operating there. Values for the later figures made after the War ( Marked West Germany) are rather modest, especially if there is any damage to the lace.
