Early 20th century Mahogany Bedroom set

Description

This was my wife's grandmothers bedroom set which we believe was purchased in the 1920s or 30s. It is made of Mahogany, but beyond that we don't know much. Pieces include: Desk, Dressing table, Ladies stool, Tall dresser, Long dresser, Nightstand

Sadly the value for thes late 20's to early 30's sets have tumbled in the last 10 years, they last peaked in value back in the late 1980's. These sets tend to be a mix of antique styles, construction is generally maple cases with walnut or mahogany veneers. Right now at auction whole sets often sell for under $250.00.

Thanks so much for taking a look. We were pretty sure that the construction was as you described with the mahogany veneer. Our expectation was that these wouldn't be worth much, which you seem to have confirmed.
