Duncan Phyfe table or reproduction?

Profile picture for user Lovejoy
By Lovejoy, 16 October, 2019
Accurate Description of Item
One Reproduction Duncan Phyfe Table
Appraiser Remarks
Your table is a reproduction and dates from the second quarter of the 20th century. Pieces like this are called "Federal Revival Style" because they copy the designs of genuine American Federal pieces made 1780-1830. Sadly the value for such tables currently, even if in good condition is rather modest , as they were made in huge numbers right through the 1950's. Damaged examples sell for about what you paid $75.00- $150.00.
Estimated Value
$75.00- $150.00
