Description

This is a neat piece, but I really don't know anything about it. I'd like to learn what it's made of, and what value it has. It's only a few inches tall. It feels heavier than glass, crystal or plastic, and clearly isn't wood. I would appreciate ANY information. I have not found any distinguishing marks on it. Perhaps I have missed them. There is only this one-no other similar items in the home. Thank you in advance for your time and comments!
