History second hand shop,not much known about it.A gentleman was very interested after i let him see it, and followed me around the store,hoping I'd out it back.

You mention it has a hole in the bottom. This would indicate possibly it was made in a mold and if so would make it relitively recent and maybe a tourist type item from cancun or mexico.

I would agree that it's most likey a copy made for thetourist market. That said, these things really need a physical appraisal to determine origins and vintage.
