Description

Bought this vase at a garage sale. It's a little over a foot high and I am not sure how much it weighs. It has intricate markings.. Vines and flowers and is really quite beautiful. As far as I can tell it is brass but some spots have a green- blue oxidizer ion which makes me wo set if there is copper content. It has a marking on the bottom that reads "INDIA 1033 M" which looks like it was scratched in. I have no other information about it. Was going to attempt to polish it but read that you should not polish or take the tarnish of antique brass or copper?
