Wild Boar Cigar Cutter (cold painted bronze ?)

Wild boar Cigar Cutter.
It weighs 121g.
Measurements: Length 136mm, Width 20mm, Height from base to top of wild boar 31mm. 

Looks like cold painted bronze. I have scrapped an area which is not visable and the metal underneath is yellow/gold colour. It feels heavy for its size. As you can see in the pictures their is a small screw which look like it's holding the cutter secure. It has some nice detail and looks a qualty item.
