antique cedar chest

Description

this piece is not marked with a manufactures name, but it is stamped on the bottom with style 4377 serial 091428, it has some damage to the one side as shown in the second pics, and knicks and sracthes from normal wear and tear. I have been told it is a Lane and I have been told it is an Ed Roos. It was my great grandmothers and I am 52, so I do know that it is old. I have several people that want to buy it from me and I have no clue as to what it is worth or even if it is worth anything.........thank you in advance for any help......
