Official Merchandise Minnie Mouse 35 cm

This is a large Minnie Mouse official merchandise piece of around the 1960's ( I think ).

It is 35 cm in hight and at the bottom there is written ( Disney Art 151).

I have never seen a similar puppet like this. Is there somebody who can help me by telling me when the puppet was actually created and what the value of it is?

I have attached some extra photo's  of the puppet, I hope somebody can help me.
