World War 2 suitcase and Hangers

Appraisal complete
Description

Hello All,

So, the old "found in the attic/basement" story has come true for me today. I purchased an estate home, and in the attic was this military suitcase. I gazed at it in amazement and almost didn't believe it was real (I have recently become bit by the vintage/antique bug). I did some research on the gentlemen and found he served in world war 2 Army airborne. The suitcase is really amazing! I was able to unzip it (barely) and inside were two wooden hangers with collapsible metal hooks. I have tried to find anything comparable online and cannot (which I hope is good). I am not looking for an appraisal on the suitcase because as far as I'm concerned it's priceless. But I would love any information afforded by you militarians on these hangers; price, age, etc. The hook collapses so it can fit in the suitcase as needed for travel.

Thank you kindly for your time.

-Andrew
