Chandler Antique School Desk circa 1896

Rare find! Chandler Antique Child's adjustable school desk for sale.  Circa 1896. This desk is not your typical school room desk. It has a separate chair and the desktop opens for storage. Very few of the desks are still around. It is in good condition, quite heavy. The wooden desktop includes lip and raised edge to hold writing implements and keep them from rolling off the desk, and an ink well. The surface opens on hinges to reveal storage space for books and papers. The chair features a ladder back and sits on a on a metal column. The old photo shows what it looked like in the classroom. What would be a fair price for an individual, an antique dealer, and an estate sales buyer?
