Antique dresser/butlers desk

Description Got this dresser at a garage sale. It has a marble top, serpentine drawers and sides, inlaid artwork and (I think) brass hardware. The top drawer flips down revealing a desk, but the curve of the drawer would make it difficult to use as a desk. I don't think the insert is original. I think this may have been manufactured in Argentina (possibly by a company called Freuben-Muebles). Looking for any information! Thank you!
