Middle Eastern Copper Coffee Set

Description

I bought one of these at an estate sale. It is copper with six cups and saucers and the pot, but does not have the plate/holder. I was sent this image by a friend who thought it was a Moddle Eastern tea or coffee set. It is copper with a floral motif and incredible patina. I am curious about the age, origin, and value.

Most of these sets are not near as old as they appear, the patina on copper appears rather rapidly over the course of just a couple of years if they have not been polished. Comparable sets are still in production and sold by street vendors all over the middle east and india. at auction similar sets often sell for  under $100.00.
