It looks real. Googling I see there are lots of reproductions but none matching yours. On eBay those repos sold around $20 each. At liveauctioneers there were three lots that had several in each lot. I figured the sold for price for each one was between $40 - $70 https://www.liveauctioneers.com/search/?keyword=Antique%20Toilet%20Roll… You can click on each one and see the what the auction estimates were and do the math. I’m not an expert at all, would totally keep it if I owned it. If I were selling it on eBay I would start at $100 and see what happens. Again not an expert could be worth more (I may be over valuing because I really like it).

Thank you Mark, I really like it too and do not intend selling it but was interested in if it was definitely old as I really have no experience. I just figure if you are lucky enough to come across something old and beautiful just keep it and enjoy. Thanks again
