Double sided rare antique chitarra "guitar" which originates from the Abruzzo region in central Italy. Used to cut fresh pasta into strands--spaghetti, noodles, etc. Wood and Cast Iron. Approx 20" x 9" x 4". Made in West Chester Pennsylvania by Italian American Merlonetti, well known for making these chitarras.
