Arthur Turrell signed lithograph - possible Artist Proof Impression.

Description This is an Arthur Turrell lithograph of what appears to be a noble woman. (possibly Queen) I believe this is a Artist Proof Impression, or Proof Before Letters. On the bottom is printed, "Issued December 9th 1907 by the Art Union of London, 122 Strand, Copyright" also on bottom right, "F Goulding, Printer, London, W." However there is no title, but it is signed in pencel. 14" 1/2  X18"
