Description
This was the victrola owned by my grandparents in Minnesota. Do not know date of purchase. The metal tag on the inside said Victor Talking Machine company VV405 11968.
Camden New Jersey
No dates of purchase. The Vitrola insignia painted on the lid to the player has a date of 1906 -- I assume that is the date of the patent.
All the original parts appear to be working. The turntable spins, with the hand crank. There is a bag of needles that says use each on one. The cabinet needs some work -- the veneer is coming off is some places (and in one patch it is missing). The ball foot of one of the has lost a piece.
