Two of the pieces had tags still attached to them. The tags stated the following: Specialty Furniture Co., Evansville, IN. Rosenbaum & Bros., 1055 Mt Vernon, IND. We found a short article about the Specialty Furniture Co., that states it opened in 1894 and closed in 1910. We think Rosenbaum & Bros., was the department store it was shipped to.

This is something I found in the basement. It is bronze I think. It has 13 stars in the center and eagles on both ends. It is heavy. It has no writing but a number 26 on the bottom. Any ideas on what it is, the time period, and how much it may be worth? Thanks for any help! 

I have a Lane cedar chest with the serial number 465110. The style no is 9434. It has some blemishes on the top, no original key, appears to be missing a possible drawer underneath? Original hardware on front, perfect condition inside. Any idea of its value?
