Vintage Bobble Heads

Category
Toys
Condition
Good
Description

Hi,

I have 3 vintage bobble heads from the 1950s.  I am having a hard time locating them online. They are a Popeye, Mr. Magoo & the Cleveland  Indians Chief. All three have the same style. all made in japan. made out of ceramic. one has the words -king features syndicate-They are in pretty decent condition. The Mr. Magoo has the most flaws, consisting of a broken jaw that was glued back on previously. The chief has a slight crack on the back of his head. popeye only has a tiney chip under his jaw bone.

thank you for any info you can provide :)

Upholstered wooden library chair

Category
American Furniture
Condition
Fair
Description

I picked this up at a yard sale. The print is woven of some sort. The support is a burlap basket weave type that is sagging significantly (and needs to be repaired to give better support), and the wheels are wooden. The wheels are not uniform; more flat on one side of each possibly from the weight of the user over time. The wood is all straight lines with no carvings evident. I'd like to know what the approximate age may be, any history on the style, and an estimate of the value.
