Does anyone know what city is portrayed in this painting?

I was told the city is Hong Kong around the 1920's.

I can't seem to pin point a specific location....Is it possibly Queens Road?

Any input would be appreciated....Thank you

I'm not sure if this has any value, it weights five ponds it is cast iron, I believe. I was told it was a bookend, It has to be over sixty years old. There are marks on the end of the bottom but we can't read , it's a man with al walking stick, there is a dog on the side. ,he has boots on, long hair and beard,tree or bush in the back ground

1936 Will Rogers Mantel Clock...

Small antique metal tin - originally containing 'Finest Quality English Manufactured Steel Pins' (as stated on the lid - I found it with pins in it but not sure if they are original) Red, black and gold - lion head on the lid, along with gold lettering - black lettering around the edges - oval-shaped recess to lid - lid fits snuggly but is easily removable Difficult to date precisely but appears to date from the early decades of the twentieth century. Maker unknown but probably of English manufacture (as were the enclosed pins) In reasonably good condition. Lid fits snuggly. Several dark marks to lid and areas of rubbing/scratching to paintwork (please see photos for condition).  This is a SMALL tin. Precise dimensions approx. 3" x 2" x 1" (approx. 7.5cm x 5cm x 2.5cm)

I believe this medal is bronze. I know the writing on the back is etched in gold - maybe even done by hand. The medal is made by Dieges & Clust and I think it is 1905-1920. I am not sure though. Thanks in advance!
