I received a dillingham cedar chest for Christmas and was looking for more information on the item. I also wanted to see if I was able to get a new lock because this one does not have the key.
The serial number is 28568 or 28548. I believe it is a 6 & not a 4.
This is probably a print or watercolor (see picture). I think that it says "Shadlitz" in lower left hand corner (see second picture). It looks like there is something under "Shadlitz," but it is covered by the frame. There is a label on the back that says "Kennedy & Co" with number "71883" (see picture 3). My wife's grandfather bought it for $200 in the 1950's.
i dont know much about this quality hand crafted mayan chess set it has all peices not use yet made out of soap stone i do believe and i was wondering what would be the estamate price for an item directly from mexico
