I'm curious to know the origin, age and value of this bracelet. 

This was given to me by a friend of mine around 5 years ago.  It is my understanding it was her Grandmothers who was from Italy.  This piece resided in the Canterbury Castle in Portland OR for many years when her Grandmother lived there http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canterbury_Castle_(Portland,_Oregon)

I do know it has been reupholstered in the last 20 years.

I don't know a lot about the piece but just love it and would like to learn more about the history, time period, etc.

Received an antique cup from my Father who received it from a customer of his.
