Makers mark/plate history from 1800s

Category
Ceramics and Porcelains
Condition
Good
Description

My mother (83 yrs) gave me 2 plates. She says her grandmother gave them to her in the 40's and she thinks they were purchased in England or Scotland in the 1800's.
The front of the plates have writing on them: Boathouse at Loch Katrine and Bridge of Turk. Royal blue with gold gild on the outside of the plates.
The Mark is a banner flag with the word PERFECT on it.

I am looking for any history of the Mark and/or plates.
Thank you!

I received this mirror from a family member years ago. It has the Turner Mfg. Co blue label on the back with the number 1666. Also another white lable that says made in USA. Engraved in the back of the frame are several TMC's and the number 0007. The mirror is large and very heavy. Approx. measurements are 4 ft x 3ft. I would like to know the value of the mirror and what a selling price would be. Thank you!
