This is a Drexel chest in excellent shape. I believe it was bought in 1969 when it was first introduced. The Lingerie chest was from a collection called “Plus One” and was in production from 1969 to 1971. The item number was 928-400.
This desk was passed on to my mother and then to me. She was told that it was Shaker. I'm thinking of selling it and need to know more about it and Its value.
I was given this print as payment in the 90s from a framing employer. It is in an incredable custom plexiglass box frame with double velvet mats and fillets. I worked at the frame shop, so i am shure it is archivaly framed. The print itself is pristeene and NOT the mass produced poster with the "ERTE" printed on the bottom. The only reason I would not concider it mint is a small scuff mark in the left upper corner on the plexi frame.. NOT the print. You can see a signiture in white on the lower right.I have not opened the paper across the back to look for any authentications or numbers on the back. I believe it is a lithograph or serigraph, with silver background and gold on her belt.
