Mechanical coin-operated horse it runs good and plays music. There are few paint chips. We do not know how old it is. But we would like to know how old it is and what it is worth

A hand carved dark wood chair with what looks like foo dogs on the top of the arm rests. 

This dogs playing poker print was found in my grandparents house. It is titled A Friend in Need. It has published by Arthur A. Kaplan Co.,INC.,N.Y.C. No.PD 1 in the lower left corner and printed by Brown & Novella Div. of Standard Packaging Corp.,U.S.A. in the bottom right corner.

I have a 'The Saturday Evening Post March 19, 1949 The Prom" on an Illustration Board. It looks like Cepia tones but has red and blue colors that look faded. Onthe back it says # 42503 - The Prom. What does that mean and is it worth anything?

We really know nothing about this at all, was hoping someone could help
