This decanter has two candle holders and measure 14" tall. the top and base i belive is pewter. the centre section of the decanter is white ceramic and hand painted blue flowers on the front. on the bottom of the decanter it has stamped Hand painted, made in italy, riprod vietata, cc art 2598 also the centre of the bottom has stamped a crest with a crown and leaves and possibly a flag below the crown
