This bowl is pink on the inside. Green on the outside with hand painted vines, flowers, and buds of pink and green. The handles are molded to look like green vines and leaves. The bottom is finsihed with paintings also . The finish on the bottom is a circular textured grain, The signature on the bottom is (Balogh) this is written in green cursive. This bowl seems to have an old fashioned design.
The table has two leaves that have some water damage. Besides the leaves the table top is in fair condition with normal wear of years on the paint. The table looks like someone may have painted over it once before.Three of the chairs are in decent condition but one of the smaller chairs has a crack in the seat and the back needs to be reset. I may be interested in restoring the furniture depending on the value. Two of the chiars have the sticker. One of the smaller ones and a captain chair. I can not find one on the table but they have always been a set passed down in the family.
I would like some information on this please? I'm wondering if it is bread, cake or jello but can't find anything like it. the lid comes off, has some dents in it but still fits. I think it's pewter, but definitely metal, no rust. The flower design tapers a slight bit, smaller at top than bottom. Help!!!
