It's a solid copper fire extinguisher. The name, instructions on how to use and charge it are on brass plates attached to the extinguisher The base is solid brass cuff that's about 3 1/2" wide around the extinguisher. The top is also brass.
This is the Curtis Steam Cooker, patented in 1922. It is in mint condition and has been in our family for over 50 years. Curtis Cooker Book filled with recipes for the Curtis Steam Cooker. There is also the instruction manual for the Curtis Steam Cooker. The Cook Book is dated 1925. It is in its' original box that was mailed to my Uncle. The box seems to be a plain brown shipping box without Curtis marks of any kind.
