Looked around online and couldn't find another one of these. I am wondering if it is a fake? It is clearly done on canvas, and not a print. It has the signature "H. Hargrove." I'll keep it regardless. The detail on it is gorgeous.
Large copper hammered wall plate. Excellent condition. Found at a yard sale for $5.00. The only identifying mark was a sticker that said "Made in Belgium" that has now disintergrated. It depicts 5 men sourounding/sitting at a table. A set of stairs is on the left of the piece. Not other identifying marks. What is it's worth?
I have a John Maddox & Sons water basin with a stamp that is dated 1896+ per their web site. Mint condition. Cobalt blue flowers, 16" in diameter, 5" high. What is it's value?
I bought this Netsuke at a estate sale with some other Ivory pieces that i thought were very rare and i had never seen anything like them before. I took all of these pieces to my local friend that sells antiques and he confirmed that they were indeed real Ivory and told me what this piece was and told me that it could be worth alot but he does not know enough about Netsukes to offer a fair estimate. It is incredibly detailed and right now is the prize of my collection i am only hoping to find out some more information please.
It is in good shape but can use some reconditioning. It comes with a hutch which I have included in the pictures. selling both as a pair. can you tell me if it is louis IV style, french?
