1924 Frank J Reilly Painting. Its a little dirty but can be cleaned by a pro. I do know that theres a museum that sells F.R's Paintings for 9500 dollars.
it's made of a light brown wood and mirror. has brass button like screws holding pieces of mirror together that have been cut in a puzzle like way. i am curious to find some history and origin on this. also a value if possible.
Please see the attached photo's to determine whether this piece of art has any value and whether I should proceed with an appraisal. I believe this may be a portrait of Washington Irving being sworn into office.
