I recently acquired a set of six dining chairs and I'm hoping someone can help me determine the age and type/style of chair they are. I bought them off an individual who acquired them from his grandmother's estate in Ontario, Canada. Apparently she collected antiques. There are no markings on the chairs except for a single digit (ie. 1, 2, etc.) stamped in the base, which I'm assuming is to do with the set. They appear to be mahogany and have been well used. There are a few scratches and dings, but I don't mind that. The cushions have been reupholstered a few times, but the original cushioning is still intact. It's some kind of webbing with animal hair for stuffing. It looks like horsehair. Any help would be appreciated! They suit my grandparent's table that I acquired and I would like to clean them up for our use.

Perfect for both water or wine. This hand blown crystal cobalt blue goblets are cut to clear in one of the rarest patterns they made.
