I have a 7 piece JB Van Sciver Dining Set.  There are six chairs, one of which has the armrests as seen in the picture.  I have not been able to find anything like this set with the dual legs on each corner.  There is an additional leaf not shown in the pictures.

I dont know any thing about these they are dutch. The boy has his hands in his pockets and the girls are are crossed. There feet screw out of the bottom, I believe there made of cast iron but I am not certain.They seem to be in good shape paint is all there just a few scratches no cracks or broken pieces both have feet screwed in the bottom. The girls feet are hard to turn so I havent forced them they havent been removed.The girls weight is more than the boys so maybe she has some contents inside Im not sure .

Solid upper backrest with 8 small slats coming down for lower back. 4 small slats on each side with spindle like corner posts and slightly curves arm rests tolling into a smooth claw at the hand end. Two smooth rods commecting the front and rear rocker legs on the right and left side and one in the back connecting right to left. The two in the from conmnecting right to left are more tapered from the center to end.
