I believe it to be a handcrafted rosary box with a pic of mary magdalene.

Looks like boxwood.  Tiger has ivory teeth and looks like amber stone eyes.  man has ivory eyes.  not much of any signature just a few slashes. perfect shape no cracks or fading.  

wooden chest with what looks like tin on top and sides. has sticker on side showing it was to come to America (New York) by boat. has pic of women on underside of cover.leather handles 2 on each side and 1 on each side broken but still there. no top tray

The bowl (porringer) and the spoon and fork have a very detailed picture of a bear wearing a bowtie.  I don't know much about silverware since I mostly collect antique books, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to pick up this item.  It was VERY tarnished but once I polished it up, it was absolutely beautiful.  I think it may have been a christening gift or something related to that.  I'm just trying to find more information on a manufacturer or value!

I have four Hummels that my mom got when I was little, they have been stored in their original boxes and tags.  I have a general idea of how much they sell for on eBay but, my "For Father" figurine on the trademark stamp, which is under the glaze, the G is messed up. Does this imperfection make the value go up? If so how much?  There is crazing on the base but overall in great condition.
