This cabinet is chinese red. The top opens to display divided boxes. The front opens and has shelving. There are chinese symbols painted on each side of cabinet. The inside labels says Oscar Oshen. I'm very interested in selling this.
This newspaper/magazine stand has been in our family since i was a kid and supposedly since my mom was one,in the 30's or 40s.It look much like the one featured on the famous cover of the saturday evening post in those days. Can you please give me an idea of it's current value and also how i could go about finding a reputable dealer to sell it to if i so desired? thanks.
This plate has no markings. It is flat about one inch around the rim and then it goes to a convex shape from that point to the center. It has been in our family for years and has been passed around until now. I love the strange design but cannot find out what it is or how much it is worth. I cannot find it on any site I have tried. It belonged to my grandmother and I am over 60 now. I really want some information on this plate. Any help would be greatfully appreciated.
This item looks like it may be a grave marker or possibly a weapon of some sort. The top is adorned with a Ibizan dog. The dog looks gold and has never tarnished. Also adorned with skulls and faces. Bottom of this piece comes to a point that looks like a stake you would put in the ground. This piece is heavy for being it's small size.
