 I was TOLD this is an original Factory/Plant Sign from a GM Parts Receiving Bay in Ontario, Canada.  It is a 2-piece sign that measures 15' x 2' and is in Fair condition.  There are some rust spots where the Porcelain chipped off but it shines very nicely.

there 20 porcelain molds prototypes by tassi from the 1700's each is numbered and were mounted in picture form to protect them

they came from an antique shop in new york many years ago and were bought by an interior decorator who now has an interest in selling them but needs to establish a value for this item

The wood looks good, no cracks or dents - it's very hard wood. Looks to have been reupholstered. Looking to find out if this is authentic or a reproduction. No casters. Back legs on all items are straight and uncarved.

clearly this is a shield has aztec/spanish theme to it solid brass with copper rivets

has uneven edges but lots of design to it--we were told handed down in the family and all they knew it was old
